Daniela Brandler (2016)
Daniela is a highly experienced housing and property practitioner, having spent over eleven years in practice as a Solicitor before transferring to the Bar.
She gained extensive experience as a Solicitor Advocate primarily in the County Court in all aspects of housing law.
In 2013, Daniela was appointed to the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber) as a part-time Judge.

Daniela specialises in landlord and tenant, homelessness and real property disputes.
Her experience in this area includes possession proceedings, disrepair, anti-social injunctions, committal proceedings, closure orders, homelessness, claims for judicial review and statutory appeals, unlawful evictions and applications for re-entry.
Daniela accepts instructions in respect of general civil matters, including claims for breach of contract, unlawful interference with goods, injunctions and interim applications, small claims, debt enforcement and charging orders, costs litigation and trusts.
Family & Childcare
Daniela accepts instructions and is developing a practice across the full range of family law.
Public & Administrative Law
Daniela’s practice covers all areas of judicial review and statutory appeals including community care and housing.
Interests & Commitments
Outside of work, Daniela enjoys skiing and walking holidays with her dog.
