Matthew Jackson secures a suspended sentence in 4 year VAT fraud prosecution

Matthew Jackson was instructed on behalf of the Defendant, Robert May, who was convicted in Bristol Crown Court of being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of VAT as a result of putting in 18 claims for the repayment of VAT over four years.

Mr May was handed an 18-month sentence, suspended for two years with 300 hours of unpaid work.
