About Invictus Chambers

Invictus Chambers is a vibrant and approachable multi-disciplinary set of chambers based in the Temple within the City of London; in Bristol City Centre and in Southern Birmingham.

Offering expertise at all levels of call in civil, commercial, criminal, family and immigration law, our barristers receive instructions from established firms of solicitors, local and enforcement authorities, not-for-profits and licensed access holders throughout England and Wales in addition to undertaking direct public access work. We can also be instructed in relation to international matters within our areas of practice.

Our barristers appear before all levels of the judiciary and quasi-judicial bodies representing both claimants and defendants, applicants, respondents, interested parties and the prosecution and defence.

Our members include both experienced mediation advocates and accredited mediators, allowing us to provide professional dispute resolution services to parties both in and outside the litigation sphere.

Please feel free to browse our website for further details of our areas of work and services and do not hesitate to contact our administration team for further information or to discuss any potential booking.

Client care feedback is very important to helping us improve our services further. We hope that your experience with Invictus Chambers will be a positive one. However, if you have a complaint or concern, you are invited to let us know as soon as possible using our complaints procedure.

Terms of Business

Effective from 31 January 2013, the default terms of business upon which Invictus Chambers performs work is the Bar Council’s Standard Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012 (“the Bar Council’s Standard Terms“). This supersedes the Terms of Work on Which Barristers offer their Services to Solicitors and the Withdrawal of Credit Scheme.

The Bar Council’s Standard Terms do not apply to our direct public access and licensed access work.
